A 20 lb mix of either beef, pork, or both, fresh from our farm - wait til you taste the difference! Each box is a small share of a whole animal, including 50% ground meat (ground beef, ground pork, sausage), 1-2 roasts, and a mix of other cuts: steaks, chops, ribs, stew, etc. (No organs included unless specifically requested). Special requests honored on a first come, first served basis.
For pickup at the farm, the Press Bay Alley Food Transfer Hub, the Ithaca Farmers Market, or other mutually agreeable location. Delivery & shipping also available - shipping will be billed separately depending on location. Please select "PICKUP" at checkout so you are not charged shipping, and include a note with your pickup/delivery/shipping choice.
